Sky Pharma

Our place, Sky Pharma, is up in Pilakkavu, Mananthavady. It is a quiet area for the most part. The air feels a bit different up here compared to the bigger cities. We spend most of our time dealing with the logistics of getting things delivered. Being in Mananthavady means we have to deal with the winding roads which can be a pain. It’s a small operation. We don't have a lot of staff, just a couple of us who know the ropes. The building in Pilakkavu isn't brand new, it has some character, let’s put it that way. We spend our mornings checking the stock that came in overnight. There is always a lot of heavy lifting. We don't have fancy machines, just our hands and some old trolleys. Sometimes the rain here is so loud we can barely hear each other talk over the tin roof. We just get on with it though. People in the village know where to find us if they need something. We don't use much technology besides the basics. It’s more about knowing the people we deal with. We’ve been at this spot for quite a while now. It’s not a big city office, but it works for what we do. We like the pace here. It’s steady and we know what to expect most days. The work is simple but it keeps us busy enough to stay out of trouble. We just do our job and keep moving along as best as we can.
