Ravins Agro Private Limited is situated in Mananthavady, up in the hills. Our office is in the Mavanal Building, specifically at Building No.22/227 in the Kuzhinilam area. If you have ever been to Wayanad, you know the roads can be a bit winding and the weather is often cooler than the plains. We work with agro products and our location in Mananthavady puts us right near where a lot of the farming actually happens. The building itself is just a standard concrete structure, nothing too special to look at. Inside, we have our desks and a bit of space for samples. We spend a lot of our time talking to local suppliers and making sure the logistics of moving goods out of the hills are sorted. It can be a bit of a challenge when the monsoon hits hard, as the roads get tricky with mud and small slides. We aren't a corporate giant; we are just a few people who know the local market well. There is a lot of coffee drinking and talking through the day's problems. We don't have a formal dress code or anything like that. People come in and out, and the door is usually open for whoever needs to talk. We just try to stay on top of the orders and make sure the Mavanal Building office stays organized. It is steady work in a beautiful part of the country.
