Pulikayath Infra Developers Llp is situated at 3/399, Pulikayath. We are right in the Kalpetta Post area, which is part of Munderi. Our office is basically in a family house that has been around for quite some time. It’s a very local way of doing things, and we wouldn't have it any other way. Kalpetta is a beautiful part of the world, and being based in Munderi gives us a good connection to the land around us. The office itself is quite modest. We have our maps spread out on old wooden tables and our computers humming in the corner. There are no fancy elevators or glass partitions here. It’s just walls, a roof, and a lot of hard work. We find that being in a house like 3/399 makes us more accessible to the people we work with. They don't feel intimidated coming to see us. We can sit on the porch and talk about things if the weather is nice. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We know the postman by name, and we know which local shops have the best snacks for our afternoon breaks. This place in Munderi is where we feel most at home. We are not interested in corporate polish. We just want a functional space where we can get our projects organized and keep things moving forward for the long term. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out.
