We started Pallikkal Builders And Developersprivate Limited a while back right out of the Palikkal House in Kaipanchery. It's a busy spot near Sulthan Bathery and Daisy handles most of the paperwork here. People usually find us by asking around the neighborhood because we don't do much advertising. We mostly focus on small construction jobs and local projects around this part of the district. It is just a few of us working together every day. Some days are more hectic than others especially when the rain starts. We keep all our tools and stuff at the 20/260 address. Sometimes clients drop by just to chat about their plans or check on how things are moving along. It is not a fancy office or anything like that, just a regular place where we get work done. We know most people in the community and try to help out where we can with building needs. Usually, we are out on a site somewhere but someone is almost always around the house if a message needs to be left. Building things takes time and we just take it one step at a time. It's been a long journey from when we first started out. We are glad to be part of the local scene here in Kaipanchery. It’s a quiet life but the work keeps us moving and that is enough for us. It’s not always easy but we stay busy.
