Nahla Polyclinic Llp

If you’re heading out towards Wayanad, you’ll find Nahla Polyclinic Llp at the 10th Mile marker in Vellamunda. We are in the building numbered 3/479 A and B. It is a beautiful part of the country, though the roads can be a bit winding and slow if you are stuck behind a truck. Our polyclinic is small and serves the local folks around Mananthavady. We have a few rooms for consultations and a small area for basic tests. It isn't a place with a lot of bells and whistles. We have some plastic chairs in the waiting room and a few old magazines that nobody really reads. Most people who come in are our neighbors or people we see at the market. The air is a bit fresher up here than in the cities, but it still gets sticky in the afternoons. We spend our time checking blood pressures and writing out prescriptions. The computer system is a bit slow sometimes, so we still use a lot of paper logs to keep track of things. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except for when the clinic gets full on market days. We don't have a huge staff, just a few of us who have been here for a while. We know the regulars and their families. It is just a basic clinic doing what needs to be done for the community.
