Our office is at Door No: 8/235C in the Nandanam Arcade on Kaipanchery Road, right in the Chungam area of Sulthan Bathery. Wayanad is a beautiful place to live, and having Mithram Farm Resorts Private Limited based here is something we’re quite happy about. We’ve always been interested in how farming and hospitality can work together, so that’s what we are trying to do. It’s not always easy balancing the two. Some days we are more focused on the crops and the land, and other days we are stuck in the arcade doing the administrative side of things. The office isn't anything special, just a place for us to keep our records and meet people who are interested in what we do. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy promises. We just tell people what we have and let them decide. The weather in Sulthan Bathery can be a bit unpredictable, which definitely keeps things interesting when you’re running a farm-based resort. We have a small group of people working with us, mostly locals who know the soil and the seasons. It’s a hands-on kind of life. We spend a lot of time just making sure the basics are covered and that our guests have what they need for a quiet stay. We’re just regular folks working hard in Wayanad and enjoying the simple process of it.
