Up here in Wayanad, things move a little differently. Le Pett Builders Private Limited is based out of VP 1V 349 K in Kattayad. It’s near Vellamunda, which is a beautiful part of the world to work in. Our office isn't much to look at from the outside, but it serves us well. We’ve got our desks and our equipment all set up there. Working in Wayanad means we have to deal with the hills and the weather, which keeps things interesting. We aren't some massive corporation from the city. We’re just local people who know how to put a building together. The address is 670731, just in case you need to mail something. Most of our time is spent on-site, but Kattayad is where we return to sort out the logistics. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just tell people what we can do and then we try our best to do it. It’s a lot of manual labor and coordinating with different workers. Sometimes things go wrong, and we have to fix them, that’s just part of construction. We don't pretend to be perfect. We just work hard and try to be fair with everyone we deal with. If you come by the office, you’ll probably find us covered in a bit of dust.
