Kpcs Foundation

Kpcs Foundation is located at Elayaveettil in Thootha. It is a small place in the Thekkumury area, and we have been here for a bit now. Life in Thootha is slower than in the big cities, and that suits the way we work. We don't have a big staff or a lot of complicated rules. Usually, it is just a couple of us at the office, which is really just a part of the house. We spend our time talking to the local families and seeing where we can be of some use. There is always something to do, whether it is helping someone with paperwork or organizing a small local event. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We are just local people working in our own village. The address is easy to find if you are from around here. We like the fact that people can just walk up and talk to us without needing an appointment. It’s a very informal way of doing things, but it works for this community. We focus on the day-to-day needs that people have. It isn't about big changes; it is about the small things that make life a bit easier for everyone. We plan to stay right here at Elayaveettil and keep doing what we do. Our neighbors know us well, and we often have coffee together while we talk about what needs fixing in the village next.
