Kofiland Resorts Llp is based over in Kalpetta. We have our office at No: 20/393, Kousthdhani. This is near the Kalpetta Post in Wayanad. Wayanad is a beautiful place but we are usually busy with the work stuff in the office. The pin code here is 673122. We are registered as an LLP. It is a small team here. We handle things for the resort business. The office is just a regular place where we sit and talk and do the accounts. Kalpetta is the main hub in this part of the district. We are close to the post office which makes things easier for sending mail. We have been around for some time. We do not really go for big advertisements. Mostly people find us through the official listings or by knowing the local area. It is a bit of a climb to get up here sometimes. We just focus on keeping things running smoothly. There is always some paperwork to finish or a call to make to a vendor. We like being in Wayanad because it is not as loud as the big cities. We just do our own thing at Kousthdhani. It is a practical setup for us. No big corporate meetings, just us figuring things out as we go along. It works for us and we are happy with it.
