Kallat Pearl Builders Llp is based in Wayanad. You can find us at S K Y Appart on the first floor. We are on S P Office Road in Kalpetta North. Wayanad is a beautiful place, but it can be a challenge to build here because of the weather and the hills. We’ve been working out of this office for a while now. We do construction work for people in the area. We aren't a huge firm with dozens of offices; it’s just us here in Kalpetta. Our office is usually full of half-drunk tea cups and rolled-up plans. We spend our time talking to contractors and trying to find the best materials for the jobs we have. We don't like using corporate talk or making things sound more complicated than they are. Building a house is just about putting one brick on another until it's done. We handle the paperwork and the permissions too, which is the boring part of the job. Most of our clients are locals who just want a solid place to live or work. We stay busy year-round, even when the monsoon hits. We just keep going until the job is finished. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s honest work and we are proud to be part of the Wayanad community. We've seen a lot of people come and go, but we've stayed right here on S P Office Road, just keeping at it day after day.
