FASCINATING DESIGNS & CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

Fascinating Designs & Constructions LLP is located right here in Mundaykkal, specifically at Door No. 14/371 B. Being up here in Sulthanbathery in Wayanad means we have to deal with some pretty steep roads and a lot of rain. Sometimes the weather makes it nearly impossible to get anything done on site, but we manage. We chose a bit of a grand name, but at the end of the day, we are just a small team of people trying to make sense of blueprints and building materials. The office in Anchukunnu is usually a bit of a mess with papers and samples scattered around. We spend a lot of time talking to local suppliers and trying to find the right wood or stone for whatever project is currently on the desk. Working in the hills has its own set of problems, like getting heavy machinery up the narrow paths. We don't really do the whole corporate pitch thing. Usually, people just come by the office or give us a call because they saw some work we did down the road. It’s a lot of physical labor and a lot of worrying about timelines. We just try to keep things moving and make sure the structures we put up are solid. Life in Wayanad is a bit slower, and we try to work with that pace instead of fighting against it all the time. It is a decent way to make a living.
