Ekaiva Estates Llp is based in Room No. XII/386(16) on Turki Road in the Vikas Nager area of Vythiri. Being up here in Wayanad is a bit different from working in the busy coastal cities. We deal with people who are looking for a bit of land or a house in the hills. We don't use any high-pressure sales tactics. It wouldn't work here anyway. We just show people what is available and let them decide. The legal side of estate management in Kerala is quite detailed, so we have to be very careful with the files. Sometimes the mist rolls in and we can't see the road, but that’s just life in Vythiri. We are just local people who know these hills well and handle the estate business day by day. It is a quiet life, but the work is important to us.
