Our office is in the Shanthi Hospital Building, specifically Door No: Xi-321. We are located in Padinjharathara, which is a beautiful part of Wayanad. Being builders and developers here means we get to work in one of the greenest parts of Kerala. Our setup is pretty humble. We are just a small team of people who like to design and build things that fit into the landscape here. Wayanad is different from the coast; the land has its own character and we have to respect that when we build. We don't have any polished marketing talk. We just sit down with a pencil and paper and try to figure out what a person needs for their home or shop. Sometimes our drawings have coffee stains on them, and our boots usually have mud from the latest site visit. We handle the whole process from the first idea to the final brick. It is a lot of responsibility, but we have been doing it long enough to know the tricks of the trade. We aren't a big city firm with a lot of layers. You just talk to us directly. We live here, we work here, and we want to see the town look good. It is a steady life of building, and we are happy to be part of the community in Padinjharathara. Most days we are just busy checking on the workers or looking for the right wood for a project.
