Coffee Concepts

Down on Chundale Road in Kalpetta, that is where you will find our building. Coffee Concepts is a small place but we keep ourselves very busy. The air here in Kalpetta often smells like fresh rain and damp earth. We deal with coffee mostly, which is what everyone around here knows best. We spend our time in the front shop or out in the back rooms. There is always some piece of equipment to look after or bags of beans to move around. The road outside can get a bit muddy when it pours down. We have our regular daily routine. It starts very early when the mist is still hanging over the hills. We do not have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything runs okay. People stop by to talk about the latest crop or just to say hello. It is a very local way of doing things. We do not have fancy furniture or a polished lobby for visitors. It is just a workspace with a lot of coffee bags and heavy tools. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out. That is just life in this part of the country. We have been on this road for a while now. It is a good spot because it is easy for local folks to find us. We just do the work that needs to be done each day. It is practical and very simple. No one here puts on any acts. We just handle the coffee and start over.
