Our office for Ceevees International Imports & Exports Llp is right near the bus stand on Chembra Road. We are tucked away in Forza Mall, specifically at Door No S74 on the first floor. It’s a busy area, especially in the mornings when all the buses are coming in and the passengers are rushing around. Being in a mall is a bit different for an import-export business, but it makes it easy for people to find us. We spend a lot of time on the phone dealing with shipments coming in and going out. It gets pretty cramped in here with all the ledgers and the various samples we have lying around on the shelves. Sometimes we forget to tidy up the back room because there's just so much happening at once. The mall lights stay on all day, so we don't always notice when the sun starts going down outside. It’s a practical place to work. We don't spend money on big signs or anything. We mostly just focus on the containers and making sure the customs stuff is handled. It can be a headache sometimes when things get stuck at the port, but that’s just how this business is. Most of the guys here have been working in trade for years, so we know the local roads and the shortcuts to the transport hubs around here. It’s not a glamorous job, just a lot of logistics and waiting for trucks to arrive at the door.
