AE4 Links Builders International LLP is located at 8/306-A, Kottaparambil, in Thenery. This is in Kalpetta, which is up in the Wayanad district. Being in Wayanad is different from being in the coastal cities of Kerala. The landscape is different, and the way people build things is different too. Our office is a simple space where we manage our building projects. We call it Builders International, but at the end of the day, we are just a team working out of a quiet spot in Thenery. We spend a lot of time out on sites because you can't really understand what’s happening from behind a desk. The air is a bit cooler up here, which is nice when you're working outdoors. We deal with various types of construction and building links between different parts of a project. It involves a lot of logistics and making sure materials get up the hills on time. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just build things. Some days are harder than others, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate, but we've gotten used to that. Wayanad is our home, and we take pride in the work we do around Kalpetta. If you find yourself in Thenery, you'll see our place at Kottaparambil. It’s where we do our thing, day in and day out, without making a big fuss about the whole process.
