Waphokar Driving School

We have been sitting here in Warud for a while now, right on Multai Road. It is a busy spot but that makes it good for teaching people how to actually drive in real traffic. Usually, we start quite early in the morning before the sun gets too hot because Amravati summers are no joke. We have a couple of cars that we use every day. They aren't fancy or anything, just normal manual cars that help people get used to the clutch and the gears without too much stress. Most people who come to us are pretty nervous at first. They sit in the driver's seat and their hands shake a bit, but we just tell them to take it slow and breathe. We spend a lot of time going up and down the main road near the school. It takes a lot of patience to teach someone who has never touched a steering wheel before. Sometimes we have to explain the same thing ten times, like how to use the mirrors or when to shift into second gear, but that is just how it goes. People from around the neighborhood know us. We don't do much fancy advertising, mostly just people telling their cousins or friends to come to us when they turn eighteen. The office is simple, just enough space to do the paperwork for the licenses. We keep the cars maintained because they run all day long. It is a simple business but it keeps us busy.
