Our place is out in Pawni Village, which is part of the Warud Taluka region. It’s much quieter out here than in the big cities, and we like it that way. Vinchurkar Bevarage Pvt. Ltd. operates from a modest building surrounded by a lot of open space. The roads leading into the village can be a bit bumpy depending on the season, especially when the rains hit. We spend a lot of time outdoors or in the main production area, just keeping an eye on things. It’s a small community, so everyone knows where we are. We don't really need a lot of signage because there isn't much else around. The pace of life here is slower, which suits us just fine. Most of our workers live nearby in the village, so they just walk or bike over in the mornings. We start early when the air is still cool. The building itself is sturdy but shows its age in a few spots. We focus on our daily tasks without much fuss or bother. There aren't any big offices or fancy lobbies here. It’s just a workspace where we get things done. Sometimes we sit outside during breaks and just watch the fields. It’s a very honest way to work, being close to the land like this. We've been here for years and have no plans to change how we do things. It's a simple life and we enjoy the work we do in Pawni Village.
