Valana Construction Private Limited is located in Washim. We share a space with Mr. Bharatraje Udhavrao Patil on the second floor of the Mahatma Gandhi Complex. It's a pretty central spot in town, so it's easy for people to find us. We’ve been operating out of here for a bit now. Construction is what we do, and it keeps us plenty busy. It’s not a glamorous job. You spend a lot of time in the heat and getting your hands dirty. We handle all the planning and the actual building work from this office. It’s usually full of folders and rolls of paper. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We mostly get work because people in Washim know who we are. We just focus on the job at hand. Sometimes the weather in Maharashtra makes things difficult, especially during the monsoon season, but we just work around it. Building something from the ground up is a slow process and you can't really rush it if you want it to last. We just try to be fair and do the work we said we would do. Our office is a simple place. No fancy chairs or expensive art. Just a place to sit down and figure out the logistics of the next project. If you're at the Mahatma Gandhi Complex, just come up to the second floor. We’re usually there unless we’re out at a site checking on the workers or the supplies.
