In Washim, you can find Unity Infraproject Ltd. over in the Civil Line area. L.U. Raut’s place is where we set up our main operations for this district. It’s a straightforward setup. We have our desks, our computers for the technical drawings, and a lot of paper. Being in a place like Washim means we know everyone around here. Our work is mostly focused on the local infrastructure needs of the Maharashtra region. We aren't interested in being flashy or sounding like a huge corporation. We are just a team of people who know how to build things. The office can get quite busy when we are planning a new phase of a project. There are always phone calls to make and materials to order. We spend a lot of time out in the field, making sure the work is actually happening according to the plans. It’s not an easy job, and the days are often long. We have to deal with the rainy season which always slows things down. But we just keep at it. Our focus is on the day-to-day tasks. If a truck is late, we find another way. If a site has a problem, we go there and fix it. It's just how we operate. No fancy words, just real work. We just keep moving forward with whatever project is on the table.
