SHRI SWAMI SAMARTH CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

We operate out of Washim, specifically in the Bakliwal Colony on the Washim-Risod Road. It’s a quiet place compared to the big cities, and we like it that way. Our office is a simple setup where we keep our tools and manage the accounts. We are mostly out in the field anyway. Building houses in a place like Washim means you get to know your neighbors and the local shopkeepers. We don't have a big marketing department or any glossy ads. Most of our work comes from word of mouth or people seeing our sites. The weather here can be quite harsh, especially in the summer months when it gets really hot. We have to plan our work around the sun. It is a lot of physical labor and managing different crews. We aren't corporate types at all. We wear work clothes and we aren't afraid to get our hands dirty. Sometimes the projects take longer than we want because of issues with the supply of materials, but that is just part of the job. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just do the construction work as best as we can with what we have. It’s an honest way to make a living and we’ve been doing it for quite some time now. No fancy talk, just bricks and mortar and getting the job done eventually.
