Raghunandan Foods Llp is situated over on Umra Road in Ansing, which is part of the Washim district. We share space with H.B Oil Industries. It’s a very industrial and practical kind of place. Being out here means we are surrounded by the sights and sounds of real production. There is often the smell of oil and the sound of heavy machinery running in the background. It is not the kind of place where you wear a suit to work. We usually have dust on our shoes by the end of the morning from walking around the site. The road outside can get quite muddy when it rains, and it’s a bit of a trek from the main town area. Our part of the building is just a simple office setup with some basic furniture and filing cabinets. We spend a lot of our time coordinating things and making sure the logistics are handled. It’s hard work and the days can be long, especially when there are delays with transport or equipment. We don't have any fancy break rooms, we just grab a quick snack whenever there is a lull in the action. The people around here are mostly workers and truck drivers, so it’s a very down-to-earth atmosphere. We like the grit of it. It feels like we are right in the middle of where things actually happen. There’s no pretending here, just straight-up work from start to finish.
