Prerana Skyscrapping Private Limited is based out of the Rai Complex in Washim. Specifically, we’re in Block No. 19/D. If you live around here in Maharashtra, you know Washim is a place where people appreciate things being straightforward. We try to run our business that way too. Even though skyscrapping is in our name, we are very much grounded in the local community here. Our office isn't some high-tech glass tower; it's a practical space where we handle the day-to-day operations of our building projects. We spend a lot of time traveling between the office and different sites, checking on progress and talking to the folks doing the heavy lifting. It can be a bit dusty and loud work, but that is just how construction goes. We don't have a team of people writing fancy reports for us. Usually, it's just one of us writing things down in a notebook or on a laptop between meetings. We’ve been at this for a bit now, and we understand what people in this part of India are looking for when it comes to new buildings. It’s about being reliable and just showing up every day to do the work. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just stay busy in the Rai Complex and try to make sure every project we take on gets finished the right way. That’s pretty much the whole story of who we are. We just take it one day at a time here.
