We are situated out in Warud, over in the Amravati district of Maharashtra. Specifically, our office is in Saibaba Colony on Pandhurna Road. Meditronics Sales Service Pvt Ltd is a local operation through and through. The road outside can get quite dusty with all the trucks passing by, especially during the harvest season. Our building is a simple one-story structure. Inside, there are a few desks and a bench for people to sit on if they are waiting for something. We deal with both sales and service, so there is usually a mix of new parts and things that need fixing scattered around the workshop area. It’s not a very fancy setup. We have a small cooler for water and a calendar on the wall that is usually a month behind. Most of our day is spent either talking to customers or tinkering with some machine that isn't working right. The pace here in Warud is slower than the big cities, and we like it that way. We know the people in the colony and often stop to chat while we are opening up in the morning. It’s a practical kind of life. No big corporate rules, just common sense and getting the job finished for whoever needs it. That’s what we do here day in and day out. It is simple but it keeps us busy.
