LAD CITY VIDARBHA KSHETRA NIDHI LIMITED

We have been set up at 219 Kamargaon for several years now. Most folks living around Karanja and the wider Washim area know where to find us. It’s a pretty busy part of the town. We handle various bits of financial work for people in Vidarbha. Being a Nidhi company means we mostly deal with our own members. It’s not one of those big, fancy offices you see in the cities. It is just a regular place where people come in to talk about their small savings or if they need a loan. Sometimes the paperwork takes a bit of time to get through, but that is just how things go. My cousin used to work just down the street. We see a lot of the same faces every week, which is nice. It helps knowing who you are actually talking to. The weather gets really hot during the summer months here. We keep the old ceiling fans going all day. People usually drop by after they finish up with their work in the fields or at the market. It’s just the way life works in this corner of Maharashtra. We do not have a big website or a social media team. It’s just this office and the local people who walk through our door. Things get a bit loud on market days. We try to keep our files organized, though sometimes they pile up on the desks. It is just us doing our daily work here.
