Krushi Fishiries Agro Private Limited

We are based in a place called Asegaon at address 325A. Krushi Fishiries Agro is a small operation where we focus on fish and farming. It is a lot of physical work and we are outside for most of the day. The sun can be very strong here so we try to get the heavy work done early in the morning. Our office is just a simple room with some ledgers and a couple of old chairs. We don't spend much time sitting down because there is always something to check on at the ponds or in the fields. We don't use big words or have complicated meetings. If a pipe breaks or the feed is running low, we just go and fix it ourselves. The water levels in the ponds take a lot of our attention. Sometimes the rain is not enough and we have to figure out a solution. People in the village know us by name because we have been here for such a long time. It is not a job where you stay clean. Your hands get dirty and you get tired by the end of the day. We don't have a big company headquarters or a marketing team. It is just us and the land in Asegaon. We do the work as it comes and we are happy with that. It is a simple way of life and we wouldn't know how to do it any other way.
