K S S SUPERSTRUCTURE LLP is located in Washim, right in the Civil Lines area. We operate out of Amrutpalsing N. Kapur’s place. It’s a local setup through and through. Being in Washim, we aren't in a big metro city, so things move at a slightly different pace here, though building superstructures is always a busy task. We spend most of our time thinking about concrete, steel, and how to put them together. Our office is more of a base of operations than a corporate headquarters. You’ll usually find someone here looking over a set of prints or talking to a supplier on the phone. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. If you come by, you’re likely to just walk straight into where we are working. We’ve been part of the Washim community for a long time and everyone kind of knows everyone else. It makes doing business a bit more personal because you’re working for your neighbors in a way. The work can be physically demanding and we often end our days quite tired. But seeing a structure actually go up from nothing is a good feeling. We don’t use any fancy talk to describe what we do. We just build things that are meant to last. It’s a practical business run by people who aren't afraid to get their hands a bit dirty in the process.
