Aryawrat E.H. Medical Council

Aryawrat E.H. Medical Council is located in a place called Haral, which is part of the Risod tehsil in Washim. We operate out of Ramesh Wathore’s place. It isn't a big hospital building like you would see in a city like Mumbai or Pune. It’s a much more personal, local setup. In a small village like Mu Po Haral, everyone knows where everything is anyway. We don't need big signs or fancy directions. People just know to come find us here. The council work involves a lot of record-keeping and talking to local health workers. It’s quiet out here compared to the big cities, which is nice, though the internet can be a bit spotty sometimes when we are trying to update things. We sit around the main room and go through the documents. It’s practical work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny office. The floor is simple, the chairs are old but comfortable, and there’s usually some tea being made in the back. We see a lot of people from the surrounding farms and small clusters of houses. It’s about being part of the community in Washim. We take our time with the work because it’s important to get the details right for the medical council. Ramesh has been here for years, so the house is a bit of a landmark for the locals. It’s just a normal part of the village life that we are all used to.
