We are based out in Shaha, which is a village in the Karanja Lad area of Washim. Our setup is a bit different because we are listed care of D.V. Katole. It is a very local way of doing things in this part of Maharashtra. Aaroo Exim (Opc) Private Limited is basically a one-person or small-team operation. Being in Karanja means we are surrounded by a lot of farmland and open spaces. It is a long way from the big offices in Mumbai or Pune. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment here. Just the basics like a desk, a phone, and a decent internet connection when it decides to work properly. Life here is simple. We follow the rhythm of the town. Most of the day is spent handling the administrative side of the export business. It involves a lot of waiting for documents and making sure everything is filled out right. We often have tea with the people nearby. It is the kind of place where everyone knows who you are. We don't use big words or have meetings that last for hours. We just look at what needs to be shipped or received and we get on with it. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we are used to that. We just pick up where we left off. It is a practical life and we are happy to be working from our own corner of the world.
