Anil Plast Industries Pvt. Ltd. is located out on Multai Road at Tiwasa Ghat. It is in the Tal Warud area of Amravati, which is fairly near to Nagpur if you are driving that way. The factory is right there near Tiwsa Ghat, so you can see the trucks rolling past all day long. It is a big place because we need the room for the plastic molding machines and all the raw materials that come in. The heat inside can get pretty intense, especially during the summer months when the machines are running full tilt. There is always a rhythmic thudding sound from the equipment that you get used to after a while. We have stacks of plastic crates and parts piled up near the loading docks waiting to be moved out. It is a dusty road outside, and the walk from the main gate to the office section is usually quite hot. We are not really set up for visitors, so the place looks like a working factory should, with tools lying around and bins full of scrap plastic. The staff mostly comes from the nearby villages and we all just get on with the production schedule. It is a lot of watching the timers and making sure the molds are cooling down properly before we pop the parts out and start the next batch.
