It’s a big space because we need room for the equipment and all the finished goods waiting to be shipped out. The atmosphere is very practical. We don't spend money on fancy decorations for the office because that's not what helps us make better textiles. Instead, we put our effort into keeping the machines running smoothly. The weather in Wardha can be tough, especially in the summer, but we’ve got a routine that works for everyone. It’s a quiet life in some ways, far from the big cities like Mumbai, but it’s always busy inside the gates.
