Vishwamanthan Research Foundation

Vishwamanthan Research Foundation is located at Plot Number 11, in a building called Rashmi. We are right in Panchdeep Nagar, which is off Wardha Road in Nagpur. Research sounds like something done by people in white coats in a lab, but for us, it’s mostly about looking into local issues and trying to understand them better. We have a lot of books and papers piled up in the office. Wardha Road is always busy, so there is a constant hum of traffic in the background while we work. We aren't a big institution with lots of funding. It’s just a few dedicated people who like to dig deep into topics that matter to the society here in Maharashtra. We spend our days collecting data, talking to experts, and writing down what we find. Sometimes it feels like we are just scratching the surface, but we keep going anyway. It’s a bit of a quiet life inside the office, but the ideas we work on are important to us. We don't have a PR person to make us look polished. Most of the time we are just dressed in casual clothes, focused on the task at hand. If you visit, you might find us buried under a mountain of files or debating a point of research. It’s a slow process, but we think it is necessary for progress.
