Ugam Buildcon is located over in Wardha, specifically at Plot No 4 in the State Bank Colony. We are tucked away in the Kathane Layout near Nalwadi. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the bigger cities. Most of our work involves construction and building projects around this region. We aren’t a giant corporation, just a local team doing buildcon work. The office is where we keep all the records and meet with people who need things built. Living and working in Wardha means we know the local area quite well. We started this because there was a lot of work to be done here in Maharashtra. Every morning we open up the office and check what needs to be delivered to the sites. Sometimes things get delayed with weather or supplies but we just handle it as it comes. It's a straightforward business. We don't use big words or try to look like something we aren't. If you walk down towards Nalwadi, you'll probably see our sign. We've spent a lot of time in this neighborhood. Most of our staff lives nearby so we don't have long commutes. We just focus on the actual building part and making sure the structures are solid. It's hard work but it keeps us busy. That’s pretty much the story of Ugam Buildcon from our side. We just want to keep building things in Wardha as long as there is work to do.
