Timepass Cafe

You can find us in Chandrapur, right opposite the Jilha Parishad building. The address is a bit of a mouthful with the repeated names in the records, but it’s just the spot across from the government office. We called it Timepass Cafe because that’s mostly what people do here. They come in to sit for a bit, have something to eat, and just talk. It’s not a big fancy restaurant with a huge menu. We keep things pretty simple with snacks and drinks that people like. The tables are usually full of students or people working nearby who just need a break. Sometimes it gets a little loud when the crowd is in, but it’s a good kind of noise. We’ve been here for a while now and have seen the neighborhood change a bit. The location is handy since so many people pass by the Jilha Parishad every day. We don't spend much time on decorations or anything like that. We just focus on keeping the place clean and getting the food out reasonably fast. It’s just a local hangout where you don't have to dress up or act special. Sometimes we run out of certain items if it's been a busy afternoon, but people don't seem to mind too much. We just do our best to keep everyone fed and happy while they spend their time here. It is a simple life and we enjoy the daily conversations.
