Site Engineer

We operate out of Subhash Nagar, right in Ward 30 of Ballarpur. This is in the Chandrapur district of Maharashtra. It’s an industrial area mostly, so there is always some kind of work happening on the ground. We’ve been here for a bit now, handling the site engineering side of things. Our office isn't much to look at, just a place to keep our equipment and take a break from the heat. Ballarpur can get really hot, especially in the summer months. We are usually out early in the morning to beat the sun. We deal with the basic stuff, like marking out boundaries and making sure the levels are right before any concrete gets poured. It’s practical work. We’ve seen the town change over the years. Some days are slow, others we are running between two different spots trying to keep up. We don’t use any fancy systems, just the standard tools that have worked for years. The locals in Subhash Nagar know us by now. We don't have a big marketing budget or a corporate team. It is just us doing the job day by day. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, but we prefer being outside on the dirt. It’s honest work and it keeps us grounded here in Chandrapur. We just take each project as it comes and try to be as accurate as we can be with our markings. It’s just us doing what we know how to do.
