Siddhappa Education Foundation

Siddhappa Education Foundation is up on the fourth floor, Flat 404, in Suryadip Residancy. It is located in LIC Colony within Indrayani Nagar. Finding the building is usually easy because most people in the neighborhood know the LIC area well. The flat is a bit small but we make it work for us. We have a couple of tables pushed together and some old cupboards for files. The balcony looks out over the street and you can see kids playing downstairs in the evenings. Sometimes the security guard comes up to bring us the mail. It is a quiet residential area mostly, which is nice because we can actually hear ourselves think. We usually start the day with some tea and then just get into whatever needs doing. There isn’t a big sign or anything flashy outside. We just have our name on the door. People who need to find us usually do. It gets a bit dusty because of the construction nearby, so we spend some time every morning wiping down the desks. It is not a corporate office. It feels more like a home that happens to be an office. We have got a small kitchen area where we make coffee. Most of the neighbors are friendly and we see them in the lift. We have been here at Indrayani Nagar for a bit now and it feels like the right spot for us to be.
