We are based out of house number 85 in Kajalsara, which is a small part of Deoli in the Wardha area. Rdb Agro Producer Company Limited is mostly about the work we do with the local land here. Being in Kajalsara Wardha, you get used to the pace of things. It’s not a fast life, but there is always something to do with the crops. We set this up to handle the agricultural side of things better. Most of the time, we are just figuring out the logistics of getting things from the farm to where they need to go. The office is right there in the village, so everyone knows where to find us. We don’t really do big meetings or anything like that. It’s more about sitting down and talking through what’s happening with the soil or the weather. 442101 is our pin code, and it’s a place where everyone knows their neighbor. Farming is tough, and doing it as a company helps us stay a bit more organized than doing it all solo. We’ve seen good years and bad ones too. It’s just how it is in this part of Maharashtra. We don’t have a lot of fancy equipment, just what we need to get the job done. It's a simple operation run by people who actually live and work on this ground every single day of the year.
