Prasham Happiness Foundation

Over at Prasham Happiness Foundation, we are set up in Ward No. 05. We are right near the Jila Sahkari Bank in Nagpura. It’s a very local spot and everyone around here knows where the bank is, so it makes finding us a bit easier. The office is just a simple room in a building that doesn't have much else going on. We don't have any air conditioning, so we just leave the doors open to catch whatever breeze comes through. It gets a bit dusty because of the road right outside, but that’s just how it is here. We have a few plastic chairs and a wooden table that has seen better days. It is a quiet place for the most part, except for when people are going in and out of the bank next door. We don't have any fancy brochures or big ads. Most of our work is just talking to the people who walk in from the neighborhood. We keep our records in a few old ledger books and a laptop that is a bit slow to start up. The lighting isn't the best in the evenings, so we try to finish up before it gets too dark. It is a very humble operation, just a small team of us in a small town trying to stay busy and help out where we can. There’s no corporate ladder here, just us doing our daily rounds and keeping the office open for whoever needs us.
