Our place, Mrudagandha Agro Industries And Rural Development Foundation, is at House No-53A in Hanuman Ward. We are in Arvi Chhoti, which is part of Wardha. If you have ever been to Wardha, you know it is a place with a lot of history and a very grounded feel. The name Mrudagandha is about that specific smell of the soil after the first rains, which is something every farmer around here waits for. We work on rural development and agro industries, but it is more about the people than the titles. The office is in a quiet ward, and we often have neighbors dropping by for a chat. It is not a formal environment at all. We have some basic furniture and some files, and that is about it. Most of our time is spent thinking about how to make things better for the village life. We don't have a huge budget or a team of experts. It is just a few of us who care about Arvi and the surrounding areas. The weather here can be very dry, so we talk about water and crops quite a bit.
