Our office is located in Wardha, right near Jijamata School on Nagpur Road. It’s a quiet enough spot in Navnage Lay Out, which is nice when you need to focus on design work. Even though our name mentions Pune, we do a lot of our daily operations right here in this part of Maharashtra. Architecture involves a lot of sitting at desks and staring at screens, but we also spend time out at sites seeing how things are coming along. The building we're in is pretty easy to spot if you know where the school is. We’ve got a small team here. Most days start with tea and a quick talk about what needs to be drawn or checked. It isn’t a massive corporate setup, just a group of people who know their way around building plans. Sometimes the monsoon rain makes the road outside a bit messy, but that's just life here. We handle the paperwork, the drawings, and the coordination that goes into making a structure real. We’ve been at this address for a bit, and the locals know us. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. Just some desks, some computers, and a lot of rolled-up blueprints in the corners. It’s a practical space for practical work. We just keep our heads down and finish the projects we started. There is always a lot to do, but we take it one drawing at a time.
