Our place is over in the C 43/ 3 Industrial Area. It’s exactly what you’d expect from an industrial spot—lots of grey walls, heavy doors, and the sound of machines or trucks nearby. We’ve been operating from this unit for a while now. It isn’t a showroom; it’s where the actual work happens every day. We deal with various industrial requirements and mostly focus on getting orders out the door. The floor can get a bit dusty and there’s always something being moved around on a pallet. We have a small office tucked in the corner where the paperwork stays, but most of us are out on the floor. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t spend much on decor because that’s not what we’re here for. People who come by are usually looking for specific parts or help with a technical setup. We know the other folks in the industrial area well since we’ve all been here for years. The hours are long, and the work is repetitive sometimes, but it’s steady. We keep track of everything in big ledgers and on the computer. It’s just a group of us trying to make sure the inventory is right and the shipments go to the right address. There isn’t much fluff here. If you need something, you just come to the loading dock or the side door and ask. We stay busy with the local trade and just keep things moving as best we can throughout the week.
