Our place is located near the Gaan Maharaj Mandir in Wardha. It is a fairly recognizable landmark for people who live around here. We have been set up in this part of Maharashtra for some time now, focusing on the construction work that needs doing. The office is pretty quiet compared to the sites, but there is still plenty of activity with people coming in to pick up their assignments or drop off paperwork for Hindustan Construction Company Ltd. We don't have a lot of fancy stuff, just what we need to keep the projects organized. The weather in Wardha gets really hot, so we try to get most of the heavy work done early in the day. We are a small group of folks who have worked together for a long time. Most of our day is spent checking on supplies and making sure the machines are running like they should. It is honest work and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. Sometimes things go wrong and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing a mistake or waiting for a part to arrive, but that is just how construction goes. We like being near the temple because it’s a good point of reference for everyone. We just keep our heads down, stay busy, and make sure we are ready for whatever the next project brings our way.
