GHADE TEXOFAB (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is a small operation in Wardha. We work out of Flat No. 4 on the first floor of a building in Hawaldarpura. The business is registered under the care of Rekha Ratnakar Ghade at Plot No. 66. It is very much a local, family-style setup. We focus on textiles and fabrication work. Since we are in a residential-style building, it feels more like a home than a cold office. We have sewing machines and cutting tables set up in the main room. It can get a bit crowded when we have a big order to finish. Wardha is a quiet place compared to Mumbai, but we still have our busy days. We spend a lot of time sourcing yarn or fabric from nearby markets. Everything is handled personally. There is no automated system or fancy software doing the work for us. We write things down in notebooks and keep our receipts in folders. If the power goes out, which happens sometimes, we just take a break until it comes back. We don't have a big staff, just a few people who know how to handle the material. It is a simple way to run a business, but it works for us. We are proud of the work we do with our hands. It is just a regular day-to-day life for us here in Hawaldarpura.
