It’s a lot of work dealing with plants and the land. The sun in Wardha gets quite hot, so we spend a lot of our time moving between the shade and the fields. We aren't a big, polished company with a lot of money to spend on fancy things. We are just a local business. Ramnagar is a nice, quiet spot most of the time. We know the people living around us. We’ve been working from this location for a while now. Sometimes things get a little cluttered with all the supplies and the herbal products, but we manage. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Usually, we're just in our work clothes. People come by to chat about what's growing or to ask for advice on certain herbs. We try to stay on top of the records, even if the desk gets a bit messy sometimes. That is just how it goes when you are busy. It feels more like a family here than a big corporation. We take our tea breaks and then get back to it. It is just life here.
