Our place, Construction Of Chemical Purification Plant, is located over in the Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh ward in Wardha. It’s a bit of a mouthful of a name, but it tells you exactly what we do. We don't have a fancy office in a big city. We’re right here in Maharashtra, dealing with the heat and the dust like everyone else. Our work is mostly focused on the actual building and setup of these purification systems. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and technical planning. We aren't the kind of company that has a big human resources department or a public relations team. Usually, it's just a couple of us handling the phones and the rest of the guys out on the site. The office is mostly just a place to store tools and look at blueprints. We’ve had our fair share of long weeks where things didn't go right, but that’s just how construction goes. You deal with the delays and the mistakes and you just keep moving. We don't use big words to describe our work. We just build the plants that clean the chemicals. It’s loud, it’s dirty, and it’s what we’ve been doing for years. We know the local area well and we don't feel the need to act like we’re bigger than we are. We’re just a local crew doing specialized work in Wardha. We don't have a shiny lobby, just work boots and blueprints.
