Yakaiah Milk Products

Our work happens right here in Bojjannapet, Nasimhulapet. If you ever come by early in the morning, you will see us busy with the milk cans and the equipment. It is a very basic setup. We do not have a lot of high technology, just the machines and tools that are necessary for handling dairy products. It is a seven-day-a-week job because the animals do not take holidays. We have been doing this for a long time now. It is honest, tiring work that starts while most of the town is still sleeping. The floors are usually wet from washing everything down constantly. We are not interested in being a huge corporation or anything like that. We just like being a part of the local food chain. Sometimes the delivery truck is late or the power goes out, and we just have to figure out how to deal with it on the spot. That is just part of living and working in the village. We know all our neighbors and they know exactly where to find us when they need something. We do not use any fancy packaging or spend money on loud commercials. We just focus on getting the milk processed and ready for people to use. It is a practical business for practical people. You won't ever find us wearing suits or ties. We are usually in our old work clothes, just getting through the daily tasks. It is a steady rhythm that we have grown to like. We just keep going, day after day.
