Venkataiah Dairy Farm

We have been here at house number 4-96 in Lenkalapally for a while now. Most people in Nallabelly know where the dairy is. It’s just us working with the cows every day, starting early in the morning before the sun comes up. There is always a lot to do, like cleaning the stalls and making sure the animals are fed right. We don't have a big office or anything, just the farm space here. People come by when they need milk or just to see what's happening. The weather affects things a lot, sometimes it's too dry and other times the rain makes everything muddy. We just keep going. It’s a lot of physical work, and our hands are usually busy. We stay local and don't really go far from this spot. My family helps out when they can. The gate is usually open during the day. Sometimes the cows get stubborn, but that's just how it is. We’ve lived in this part of Lenkalapally for years. The milk goes out daily. It's a simple life, honestly. Not much changes around here except the seasons. We try to keep the place tidy, but a farm is a farm. If you walk down the main path, you'll find us. We don't spend time on the computer much. Just focused on the herd and the chores.
