We operate Veda Medical Agencies out of Labours Colony on Narsampet Road. We are quite close to Vijnan School, so we hear the school bell and the kids playing every day. Hanamkonda is a busy area for medical supplies, and we’ve found our spot here among the other local businesses. The agency is a busy place, especially in the mornings when the deliveries start coming in. We spend a lot of time checking batches and making sure the storage is kept at the right temperature. It’s a lot of responsibility because people rely on these supplies being handled correctly. We don’t have a fancy showroom or anything like that. It’s mostly just shelves and stacks of boxes from various manufacturers. We started this because we saw a need in the colony and the surrounding areas. The work is repetitive sometimes, but it’s important. We have a small crew, and everyone knows their job. We don’t use a lot of medical jargon when we talk to our customers; we just keep things simple and clear. Sometimes the traffic on Narsampet Road makes things difficult, but we’ve learned how to work around the peak hours. We aren't looking to expand into some massive corporation. We’re just happy being a steady agency that people in Hanamkonda can find when they need us. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but we’ve got a good routine going now.
