We are Surya Travels Agency and we’ve been set up right across from the Forest Office in Warangal for a long time. Our office is in the 506002 area, which is a busy part of the city. Being near the Forest Office makes it easy for people to give directions to our place. We mostly deal with local travel and helping people figure out how to get from one town to the next. It’s a small operation. Just a few of us working behind the desks. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and talking to the people who wander in. The street outside is usually full of bikes and cars, especially during the middle of the day. We don't have a polished showroom or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we can do our work and keep the keys organized. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Some businesses come and go, but we’ve managed to stay right here. We don't use any fancy software; we mostly rely on our notebooks and our memory. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it works for us. If someone needs a ride or a bit of help with a trip, we are usually around to talk to them. We like the pace of life here in Warangal Ho and don't plan on changing much. The trees near the office give a little shade on hot days.
