You can find our shop at H. No: 15-2-101 on Svn Road in the Rangampet area. It is a very busy street, and the shop is usually packed to the ceiling with all kinds of different items. We don't have fancy glass displays or a big marketing budget to spend on ads. It is just a straightforward local enterprise where we buy and sell the things people need every day. The front door stays open most of the time to catch a breeze, but that also lets in all the dust and the exhaust from the passing trucks. I spend most of my day counting the stock or helping the customers who wander in from the street. It is not a high-tech operation at all; I still use a simple pen and a paper ledger for most of my record-keeping. The space inside is quite tight, so you really have to be careful not to knock anything over when you are walking between the stacks. Sometimes things get a little disorganized when a big new shipment arrives, and it can take us a few days just to find a place for everything. We don't have a team of people wearing suits here. It is just a few of us making sure the doors stay open and the shelves stay full. Some days are slow and we just watch the world go by, while other days are a complete whirlwind.
